Sacred Site Immersions

“During your presentation about the Cathars and their temple in Southern France, I was looking forward to listening to the beautiful music and insightful tour of an historical site, but over zoom, I was not expecting a spiritual experience.  I suddenly fell deeply either asleep or in between...I’m not sure.  I cannot remember all the visions that came to me in that short 10-15 minutes but that last thing I saw was a tall 7 foot figure dressed head to toe in black armor and someone said, “That is death.”  I have to tell you that I have never personified or deified death.  I have always thought of it as sort of a transition and lately, a profound initiation.  I am familiar with the tarot symbolism of death as change.  Anyway, I do not know why I saw and heard this, but the shock of it threw me back into a beta state, where I spent the rest of your journey. I should tell you that I am not a napper…it is very hard for me to sleep midday and although I do try to meditate or contemplate every day, it is a rare occurrence to be thrust so quickly into such a deep state.  I’m not sure what it means…maybe I had a past life there or perhaps, their beliefs have a message for me now, in this life.  Thank you for the profound experience and the opportunity for inner guidance without the expense of international travel.” ~ Susan, Editor
